This historic spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home was built in 1804 by a commissioned officer of the Continental Army. His son remodeled the homestead in 1851, turning the house to face the river. Without leaving the property, you can enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming, or rent a canoe or kayak for a wilderness journey down the river and a shuttle service back. In the evening, relax in front of the fireplace, curl up with a book, or borrow a video or board game from our collection.No pets or smoking please. |
