This luxurious two bedroom, two bath condo is on the tenth floor at Surfside Resort, a BEACHFRONT building just east of Destin. All rooms open onto a huge completely private covered balcony with a terrific view of the beach to the south, Seascape Golf Course and the Bay to the north.

With 9 ft. ceilings, lots of glass and mirrors, tiled floor, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, this 1150 sq ft. condo feels light and and spacious. The dramatic living-dining area is decorated in ocean blue, bright prints, and whitewashed wicker. The entire unit has been recently redecorated. The new leather sofa makes a bed for two.

Everybody's favorite "room" is the 28 ft. balcony with its interesting angles and amazing views. It is covered and completely private. A seating area plus outdoor table and chairs make it a prime spot all day long and evenings too.

The fully-equipped kitchen has an eat-in area and all the usual small appliances. Kitchen wares and linens are provided.

The 12 x 18 master bedroom is a true suite featuring a king-size bed and two walk-in closets. From the bed, you can see the beach and HEAR the waves. This room has a TV-VCR. The oversized master bath also contains a full size washer and dryer.

The second bedroom contains two double beds. It has a full bath and private entry, and also has a TV/DVD set-up. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the the lving area.

In addition to the heated pool and the beach, Surfside has two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, and a pool house with sauna. A grassy picnic area has characoal grills; another picnic area overlooks the beach. From there, you can have a drink or a meal while you watch the sunset. A special amenity of the building is COVERED PARKING which is generally only found in accomodations of much higher price.

Surfside is conveniently located near Silver Sand Designer Outlet Mall, the Shops of Sandestin, Baytowne Wharf, and several small centers containing restaurants and grocery stores. SHOP TILL YOU DROP, Ladies. Assorted boats and waverunners can be rented at the beach, and parasailing can be arranged too. Sidewalks in the area are hospitable to walkers and runners, while real gluttons for punishment can utilize Surfside's two tennis courts.

Surfside does not allow rental to groups under age 25 nor do they permit pets of any size or type. For the health of all, our condo is NON-SMOKING.
