The Greyhawk Condominiums are beautiful new condominiums built in 1997. The complex is located on Deer Valley Drive (at the entrance to Deer Valley) and is on the free shuttle route. It is within walking distance to Park City’s historic Main Street with its many shops, clubs, and over 100 restaurants. The complex has an underground parking garage and an elevator. Our unit, Unit #3, has 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths and sleeps up to 6 people.

Unit #3 has southern facing exposures and cozy interiors with rustic accents and a gas fireplace. It is equipped with a washer/dryer and a private outdoor hot tub. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a full bath with a jetted tub, and a TV with a VCR. From the master bedroom a glass door leads to a patio with the private hot tub. The 2nd bedroom includes two twin beds, a full bath with a jetted tub, and a TV with a VCR. The living room includes a gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, a powder room, and a TV with a DVD player and a small stereo/CD player. From the living room a glass door leads to a deck with a view of the mountains (you can see the top of some of the ski runs in both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts). The unit comes fully equipped with settings and utensils for six people including pots, pans, a microwave, coffee maker, can opener, etc. The dining area includes a table with six chairs.

This is a "smoke-free" unit -- smoking is not allowed.
