Rate Table and CommentsTAX and CLEANING: There is a 11% tax applicable to rental rate plus cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is $75 for daily/weekly stays and $125 for monthly stays. Contract: Along with payment schedule described below, please sign the rental contract which outlines the rental agreement and fees. RENTAL CONTRACT Deposit: $200 refundable damage deposit. Rental fees and deposits must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
