This ocean-oriented complex features a five-story atrium with live palm trees, a glass elevator, whirlpool and an indoor heated pool open year round. In addition, you will find a large outdoor pool and free tennis on-site. It is only a few minute walk to the beach. Inside the Villa offers beautifully decorated rooms with new floors, bathroom fixtures, blinds, bedding, cookware, dishes, glassware, sink, and much more. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size range, refrigerator, microwave, and everything you need to make simple or gourmet meals, including spices. Spacious living area includes a dining table that seats four, a 25" TV, VCR, washer/dryer & a large carpeted balcony. Everything is provided to make your vacation perfect! The villa is very large with a queen extra firm bed in the master bedroom & a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our building is one of the few with an indoor heated pool open year round. Security deposit required. $250 security deposit + $50 key deposit fully refundable to confirm reservation. Monthly rates available for November through February at $750/month which is a $250 savings. When replying, please give desired date (and alternate if possible). Note: Stays of less than 1 week are on "as available" basis and rates are negotiable, long-term encouraged & negotiable. |
