This upstairs luxury condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is located in The Brooks (Spring Run) Golf community in wonderful Bonita Springs, Florida. The Brooks is a gated community with a private clubhouse and is only 15 minutes away from Ft. Myers International Airport. The Master bedroom and lanai offers a spectacular view of the 18th green. The condo has vaulted ceilings with mounted fans in all the rooms. The unit was once a model with all the upgrades and is beautifully decorated with new window treatments. There is a king size bed in the Master bedroom and twin beds in the guest room. After you arrive, take a short walk to the pool for a swim, visit the clubhouse, play tennis, or play a round of golf on the beautiful 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. A $212 golf membership transfer fee plus a $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and one other person unlimited golf, (currently $40 per person, per round of golf in season including GPS cart). Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance using the Chelsea system or in person at the pro shop. |
