BR1 has it`s own covered veranda and stunning indoor-outdoor shower. BR2 is in its own guest house with separate LR and kitchen. Living room, dining room, kitchen are all in an open, sunny main area. Built in 1998, the entire house is bright, breezy, open air, beautifully designed and of the finest construction: 18 inch cement walls, teak, almond, cedar, and terra cotta. Located in a very quiet, private, and secluded area (just 2 other houses on the road) 10 minute walk from a beach (Playa la Macha), which is usually deserted. Fully staffed with a house manager/gardener and a housekeeper/cook who will cook your meals, do your laundry, shop for food, and take care of your every need. Owners live in the house two months per year and so it has been upgraded and maintained to their very high standards. | |
