From the cottage`s dining area and deck you can look southeasterly toward open ocean and Monhegan Island and across to Hogg Island AudubonNature Preserve, one-half mile directly across Muscungus Sound. From the private dock and float, you can fish and watch the osprey and eagles on Hogg Island. Climbing along the property`s rocky shoreline, you can gather mussels for dinnerwhile you watch lobstermen tending their traps. The main house is designed with open floor-plan, cathedral ceiling, fireplace, two full baths, two bedrooms, and sleeping loft.
