It is less than a mile to Rolling Hills Golf Course, two miles to Bremerton Tennis and Athletic Club, two miles to shopping, ten minutes to Seattle Ferry (1hr ride). Port Townsend, Port Angeles and Olympic National Park are 1 to 1.5 hrs away. A fine hospital is ten minutes from the Beach House, yet the privacy and quiet here give one a sense of isolation like the San Juan Islands or the Alaska coast - truly the best of all worlds. |
