OUR CONDO... Our condo is a two bedroom, two bath, oceanfront unit in Beach Manor at the beautiful Topsíl Resort. The view from this unit is unbeatable and the best in Destin. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is also an extra small childís mattress in the guest room.

CHILDREN ARE WELCOME. Our unit, and the resort, offer a strong family atmosphere. We have tried to provide a beachy, comfortable, "child-proof" unit that gives all of the luxuries of home and amenities of a resort.

Our condo also has a fully stocked kitchen (microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, etc.), washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, stereo/CD player with CDs, childrenís games, TV and VCR (free HBO) in living room and master bedroom, private balcony, use of our ownerís beach locker (which is stocked with beach umbrellas, chairs, three boogie boards, and sand toys), ten foot ceilings, and linens are also provided. No Smoking or Pets allowed.

BEACH MANOR... Every (FREE to you) amenity that you could want is on the premises: FREE use of Topsíl resort beach service of two chairs and beach umbrella (a savings of $50 a day), covered parking deck (unit is also beside the elevator and there are luggage caddies available), two heated pools, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, daily live bands in summer, steam room, gas barbecue grills, and community meeting areas.

TOPSíL RESORT... Rated a top five tennis resort by Tennis Magazine, is a 24 hour gated, secure resort in Destin, Florida. Destin has been voted again and again as the top family vacation spot in the United States by USA Today and Southern Living Magazine. It is also known as the "world's luckiest fishing village." In addition, there are numerous fine dining restaurants and plenty of entertainment in the local area, from water and amusement parks to over 13 golf courses within ten miles (truly some of the best golf in all of the southeast).

For those that want to shop there are numerous opportunities to include the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, one of the largest designer-brand outlet malls in the nation, which is within two miles of Tops'l. Topsíl is also uniquely located adjacent to the Sierra Club owned Four Mile Village, thus being one of the most private locations in Destin.

Our condo is sometimes booked a year in advance so please call early to get your choice. Snowbirds are always welcome. Also please ask about specials during the Fall and Spring.

Why Rent from Property Owners?

Have you every wondered why the vacation rental property where you were staying was so expensive? Most lodging accommodations rented through property managers charge you for the rent, their expenses, overhead, and profit.
