Description: Exquisitely appointed 3 bedroom Hawaiian home set on 5 acres in the exclusive Kalihiwai Ridge area on the North Shore of Kauai. Hale Steward`s authentic plantation-style architecture offers panoramic views, modern conveniences, impeccable style and compelling tranquility in an enchanting tropical habitat. There is a unrefundable 20% deposit in a cashiers check form for all reservations. And a security deposit of $200 that is refundable up to 2 mo. after vacancy to give time to get the phone bill and any damages (if any) taken care of. These are weekly rates and if were to stay less than a week or days over a week, then it would be prorated by the night. There is also a Hawaii 11.41% tax to be added. And a $150 cleaning fee.There is an additional $10 per person/per day, if more than 6 persons are staying (including children). Cancellation Policy: 1) A cancellation fee of $ 75.00 will be charged on all cancellations. 2) Deposit will be forfeited if less than 60 days notice is given. 3) Rent and taxes will be forfeited if less than 30 days notice is given. B+B rates: $125 per room per night including breakfast. A 20% deposit is required, the rest in cash opon arrival. Tax is included.
