Rate Table and CommentsRates in US FundsRent Money: The first month's rent is collected as a deposit for reserving a vacation home. In case of cancellation of a signed lease, tenant is responsible for the term of the lease unless reserved home is rebooked. Rent money will not be refunded unless a written cancellation is received sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental contract. If property is re-booked all money will be refunded. Security Deposit: A deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of check-in. The deposit will be refunded by mail within fourteen business days of the tenant vacating, dependent upon the condition of the unit when inspected. A minimum of $ 125.00 will be deducted from the deposit, if the unit is damaged. Cleaning Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $70.00 is required at the time of check-in to cover the cost of cleaning the home after occupancy. Sorry no pets, smoking allowed outside only. |
