It is a residential pedestrian quiet and nice area, all the buildings of Via delle Terme are originally of 1400, and today preserved by the Ufficio delle Belle Arti. Via de' Tornabuoni (the most famous high class shopping area) is just 1 minute from the house. Getting down the appartment, you'll find shops for every need from grocery to Gucci windows. Via Por Santa Maria is just 1 minute from the house.
