The town of Sciacca terme Untouched by mass tourism, has many excellent shops for antiques, clothing and leather goods, beautiful Sicilian ceramics at fair price. We have deliberately maintained Verdetecnica's farmhouse atmosphere, but have upgraded the fittings and furnishings to a good standard.

Our multi-level accommodation is furnished like an authentic Italian home, with a mixture of comfortable contemporary pieces and pretty antiques, fireplaces, terracotta floors, and exposed beam ceilings consist in: garden-style house Spacious Accommodations range from Studios to 4-Bedrooms with fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, lounge, patio, private garden or private terrace. Central heating and air conditioning.

The common garden is surrounded by lush vegetation made up of our nursery of tropical and exotic plants. We are landscape gardeners and we are resident in the premises. (my husband, Italian, myself French and our two children).

The site is in fact a panoramic terrace overlooking a wide range of mountains on one side and the sea coast for miles away on the other side. Children playground & a relaxing shady area is equipped with barbecue and a dining corner(chairs, tables, hammocks and fountain ). The property is gate-accessed, so privacy is assured.

Monika" is a 50 sq. mt. multilevel apartment (beamed ceiling and floor board upstairs), with a large and fully fitted kitchen furnished with mixture of comfortable contemporary pieces and antiques wooden furniture (a wood burning stove), a small living with divan size sofa bed downstairs, and under the roof, a loft with a single bed, opening to a large air conditioned master bedroom, bathroom (shower).
