Having plenty of space, this townhouse has three levels and its own closed garage.You will feel so much space, like you were at your own house, only, you are on the beach in Seagrove.

There are 2 very large balconies on 2 different floors, with beautiful ocean view from the living area and the master bedroom. The unit is full of sunlight in the day, but wall to wall, 2-layers cotton curtains allow you a pleasant sleep at night in complete darkness. A full stereo with an audio CD burner and 2 Sony 27" TV and 2 VCRs allow plenty of indoor entertainment. Internet access on the bar counter.

The property has a unique cozy appearance due the large pool, the gorgeous landscaping and the low-rise townhouses on the sides of it, which makes you feel you are in the central square (piazzetta) of an Italian beach town or resort. Seagrove is a very sunny place and you will find refuge in the magnificent accomodations of this property, and seek quietness, after a full day spent outdoors in the sun and in the ocean waters. The outside colors will remind you of magical southern Italy beach places.

At night, the unspoiled beach of Seagrove allows for some relaxing strolls, you may walk with your feet in the gentle surf, the moonlight, the stars in the clear sky, the pristine dunes and the sand just make you feel you are in some exotic place.

The unit is beautifully landscaped, well maintained, and has the largest pool in the area. It is close to area shopping and one mile to the Victorian Community of Seaside. Development has come slowly here - and for long stretches of our 26-mile coastline - not at all. Here, you can still find beaches as nature intended them to be. Shorelines consisting of unspoiled sand dunes, vegetation and wildlife that is virtually untouched by man, pure white powdered sand, and gentle jewel-toned surf.

Only 2 high rise buildings have been allowed in Seagrove (Beachcrest and One Seagrove place), Beachcrest is next door to our left, but it does not intrude the ocean view. This restriction on high-rise buildings has maintained the unique appeal of Seagrove and Santa Rosa beaches.

The unit is fully equipped and perfectly located for a very enjoyable stay in the winter, allowing for extra guests, long beach strolls, access to restaurants and shopping and to a Winn Dixie store. Angelina`s, a traditional southern Italian restaurant, and 30-A, a very classy american restaurant, are accross the street in walking distance. Also directly accross 30-A is a neat shopping center, Seagrove Plaza, and 2 banks.

A golf course is being built in Seacrest, 3-4 miles east of Seagrove. Tennis courts are located accross the street in the beachwood villas, it may be possible, through the managing company, to obtain permission to play tennis there.
