The Unit includes two bedrooms (king in the master and two twin singles in the guest) and also a queen sofa bed in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, large living room with dining area, eat-in-kitchen, and screened lanai. There is a private Community pool, spa and cabana. Tennis courts are at no additional cost. Golf information: Golf membership for two at The Spring Run Golf Club will be transfered for $200.00. With the membership, you may play as many rounds of golf as you like for the cost the cart fee. The course is a Gordon Lewis design par 72, with 5 tee locations changing the length from 4500 to 7000 yards. |

| The condo is half way between picturesque old Naples and Ft Myers. We are just minutes from excellent shopping (large outlet mall) theaters, galleries and fine dining. Also close by are some of the most outstanding public beaches. Including Lover's Key state park, Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach. A favorite local activity is to gather at the beach to watch the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The Corkscrew Nature Preserve is a state treasure, and Everglades National Park is not to be missed. | The unit is fully furnished.
