Below are the details on our basic rates -- but we are currently running a Charter Membership special of $75/year for a basic vacation property listing. If you have not been contacted by FRBO Direct already, email us that you are interested in this special signup offer.

Basic Listing - $85.00 - Special Rate of $75 per year
The Basic Listing package allows you to create your own website by using our step by step data entry process. The Basic Listing provides your vacation rental property website listing with space for up to three photographs of your rental property. All relevant real estate description information including; location (city, state, etc.), property type (house, condo, townhome, etc.), amenities(full kitchen, linens, jacuzzi, etc.), rates (seasonal, holiday, summer, monthly, weekly, etc.), hyperlinks, owner email, etc., can be entered by you directly. Your listing will also contain a Hit Counter and Currency Converter.

Use this address for any additional correspondence that you may deem necessary. Especially if you have photographs that you wish us to scan for you.

If you have your rental property photo's in an electronic format, send them to me at webmaster@frbodirect.com and include your member ID in your email. Don't worry about resizing them. We will do it. We can use just about any file format that you send.

Basic Plus - $105.00
Basic Plus includes everything in the Basic Listing except we will do all the data entry for you. This package works best for those who already have a website and want additional exposure through FRBO Direct. Simply provide us with your current URL (website address) and we will develop your FRBO Direct listing. Once completed, you can edit your vacation rental property listing at any time.

To enhance your property listing, FRBO Direct can provide additional features. These features are:

Location Link
Key Coding
Search Engine Submittal

The Location Link enables renters to pinpoint the location of your rental property directly from your listing. They will be able to click on the link and a new window will display location entry boxes where the address information can be entered. Once this is done, they can view a map that pinpoints the address. This will be available for both US and International listings.

To increase traffic to your listing, we can insert key coding into the programming of your listing to increase your chances of being recognized by the 8 main WWW search engines and search directories. This key coding (meta tags) dramatically increase your chances of being noticed out on the web. Search engine submittal will focus on engines that provide 99% of web traffic referrals - Google, HotBot, Lycos, AOL Netfind and MSN Search.
